Every one of us is busy preparing for the blessings of the blessed month of Ramadan. We prepare ourselves physically and spiritually. A list of Ramadan prayers is made. The target of reciting the Holy Quran is set. Reciting taraweeh, doing zikr and adkar, joining the Qur’anic pilgrimage, observing Qiyaam al-Lail, breaking the fast, offering Salah al-Rahimi, and many such positive intentions. The month of Ramadan comes and goes but we stand where we left. Meanwhile, the last day of Ramadan has passed, along with the routine of worship. The drama of being good is also over. That passion, that enthusiasm, that graph, all gone.
Ever wondered why this happens? Why don’t our hearts change? Why can’t we maintain the quality of faith even by praying for the whole month so that it will be enough till the next Ramadan?Because our goal, our commitment is temporary (short term package ie, temporary benefit) and not with a goal in mind (long term package) ie, the benefit of the hereafter, gaining piety. Our thinking is limited to people. What will people say if they do something wrong in this blessed month? Allah Almighty has to answer, He is watching everything, whatever we are doing. Everything is in His sight, forget it all. Let’s make a pledge this Ramadan that our purpose is only to attain piety. We have to pay attention to what Allah Ta’ala wants from us. In Surah Baqarah, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala says: “O people! Those who have believed, fasting has been prescribed for you, as it was prescribed for people before you, so that you may gain piety. That is, we have been told our goal is to gain piety through Ramadan, which will keep us energized throughout the year so that we can find better solutions to our problems, fix our affairs.
Similarly, in verse 185 of Surah Baqarah, he said:”Ramadan is the month in which the Qur’an was revealed.” The Holy Qur’an is associated with Ramadan and the Holy Qur’an is guidance, furqan, and a source of piety. While our intention is limited to reward. The Holy Quran gives us thought, shows the way, creates ease, not hardship. We have to awaken our conscience. You have to revive your dead soul. Whatever work is to be done with the concern that Allah has to answer, it is to please Him, not the people. Change your way of thinking. We have to plan thoroughly to please our Lord. God willing. This is what piety teaches that Allah is watching. Thinking has to be changed. The relationship is to strengthen.
Ramadan doesn’t just come to repeat the acts of worship, it comes to remind us of our purpose, to keep ourselves organized for the whole year. In our worship, in our relationships, in our work, remember that “He is watching.”Through the month of Ramadan, we have to adopt the methods that will make the Hereafter the best. We pray to Allah, the Merciful and the Merciful, to guide us on the straight path. Make our steps so strong that even after Ramadan, this relationship remains intact with the same enthusiasm. It is known from the blessed hadiths that as this world progresses towards its end, the trials of the people of truth will increase, until a believer’s remaining a believer will be like holding an ember in his hand. Dajjal temptations will appear, which will end with the arrival of Dajjal, who will force him to accept God by showing various tricks on the bill of technology. Strengthen your beliefs throughClean the nets of doubts from the mind and find the right path with thought and prudence and stick to it, because faith is the greatest treasure of a believer and the guarantor of his success in this world and the hereafter. Without faith. Everything can be found, but peace of heart cannot be found and strength of character is also not possible without firm faith.
Today, our society is apparently a Muslim society, but the vortex of moral corruption in which we are trapped, is a sign of our weak faith. On the one hand, a person should believe that his Lord is watching him and on the other hand, disobey him, how is this possible? If he recites the Qur’an with pleasure, but the verses he recites, the action is against him, then what is the gain? In fact, faith is the power that changes a person’s entire life. It makes him a responsible and accountable person. His efforts get centered, he transcends worldly gain and loss. Acts for tomorrow. Gives sacrifice, differentiates between permissible and forbidden, improves morals, fulfills the rights of Allah along with the rights of the servants. This month has come to remind us to prepare for the Day of Judgment, where faith and disbelief, good and evil, morals and vices will be weighed.Intentions and intentions will be measured, good and evil will be weighed even to the smallest degree, and the result will be forever, and only by listening to this reminder and holding the Qur’an and following the path indicated by it. We have welfare. So, spend the precious time of Ramadan Kareem in precious, good deeds, that is wisdom.
