But we are completely opposite. We eat as if we may not be lucky enough to eat later and this is where the door to desires opens. It is very harmful to both the religion and the world, its implications are long-term, which are only realized when irreparable damage has been done. From a religious point of view it is also a waste of time which can be used for some good work.Let’s make a pledge this Ramadan that we will spend our energies on pleasing Allah and spend Ramadan as it deserves to be spent, not as an ornament to the kitchen and dining table. We will focus our energies on protecting and developing our health during Ramadan and beyond. May Allah grant us all the ability to understand this secret and to practice it. (Amen)

It should be noted that like Suhore, avoid processed foods and too much sweets in Iftar too.
